This Worcestershire wedding photography story with Tim & Gabriella was easily one of my favourite weddings from 2018. The day included a traditional church ceremony followed by a relaxed marquee reception held within the gardens of the family home near Worcester.
From the morning preparations through to the evening celebrations, the entire wedding felt warm, welcoming, and full of genuine moments shared between family and friends.
Relaxed Worcestershire Wedding Photography
The ceremony took place at St George’s Church in Worcester before guests made their way to the reception nearby. One of the most memorable parts of the day was watching the brass band lead guests from the church through to the family home celebrations, creating such an incredible atmosphere from the beginning of the day.
The marquee reception had been planned beautifully with thoughtful details throughout the celebrations including live music, canapés, a pizza oven, saxophonist, drummer, and evening entertainment that kept the dance floor busy late into the night.
Documentary Wedding Photography in Worcestershire
Tim & Gabi booked full-day wedding photography and videography coverage, which meant we documented the entire wedding day from the morning preparations through to midnight celebrations. Videography coverage was provided alongside Chris from Lifestyle Visuals.
One of the things I loved most about this wedding was how relaxed everything felt despite the scale of the celebrations. Genuine moments unfolded naturally throughout the day while guests fully enjoyed the atmosphere around them.
Gabi also runs her own wedding and events planning company, so every part of the wedding had been planned beautifully while still keeping the celebrations relaxed and personal.
Natural Marquee Wedding Celebrations
The gardens surrounding the family home created the perfect setting for relaxed documentary wedding photography throughout the afternoon and evening. As the light softened later in the day, guests gathered outside the marquee enjoying the atmosphere, music, and celebrations together.
