Do we need to sign a contract?

Yes — everything is kept simple and transparent. Your wedding photography contract outlines the coverage, timings, payment schedule, and everything included, so you know exactly what to expect from the start.

Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely. I regularly photograph weddings across Leicester, the Midlands, and throughout the UK, including Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, and multicultural weddings. I’m also available for destination weddings. Travel outside the Midlands may include additional costs depending on location.

What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?

Most couples say this before booking.

My approach is relaxed and documentary-led, meaning you won’t be asked to pose all day or constantly perform for the camera. I’ll guide you when needed, but the focus is always on natural moments, genuine emotion, and helping you feel comfortable and fully present throughout your wedding day.

What equipment do you use?

I use professional photography equipment suitable for all lighting conditions — from quiet morning preparations to busy evening celebrations — while working in a relaxed and natural way throughout the day.

Do you bring backup equipment?

Absolutely. I always carry multiple professional camera bodies, lenses, memory cards, batteries, and lighting equipment to every wedding. Your photographs are backed up throughout the wedding day for extra peace of mind.

How long does it take to receive our wedding photos?

Final wedding galleries are typically delivered within 6–8 weeks, depending on the season and size of the wedding. I always aim to deliver your photographs as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

You’ll also receive a small preview gallery within a few days so you can relive some moments straight away.

How many photographs will we receive?

For full-day coverage, you can typically expect around 500–700 carefully edited images telling the complete story of your wedding day — from the quiet morning moments through to the evening celebrations.

Every image is individually edited and delivered in a private online gallery where you can easily download, share, and print your photographs.

The focus is always on quality over quantity — creating a timeless collection of images that genuinely reflects your wedding day.

Insurance and Coverage Options

Are you insured?

Yes — I carry full public liability insurance, and all professional photography equipment is fully insured for weddings and events.

Do you work with a second photographer?

Most weddings are photographed by me alone, helping keep the coverage natural, personal, and consistent with my documentary approach.

For larger weddings, multi-day Asian weddings, or multi-location celebrations, a professional second photographer can be added for additional coverage if needed.

Will our photos be in colour or black & white?

Both. Every image is individually edited, and I carefully choose whether a moment works best in colour or black & white. The goal is always to create a wedding gallery that feels timeless, natural, and emotionally honest.

Do you mind guests taking photos during the wedding?

Not at all — weddings are emotional occasions, and it’s completely natural for guests to want to capture memories too.

The only thing I ask is that guests avoid stepping into the aisle or blocking important moments during the ceremony and group photographs, as this can affect the final images and distract from the moment itself.

Booking Information

How do we book you for our wedding?

Simply get in touch through the contact form with a few details about your wedding day, and we can arrange a relaxed chat to see if we’re the right fit.

Once you’re happy to go ahead, your date is secured with a 25% booking fee and signed contract, all handled online for a simple and stress-free booking process. The remaining balance is due seven days before the wedding.
