Leicester Wedding Photography Pricing and Coverage

How Much Does Wedding Photography Cost?

Full-day wedding photography coverage starts from £1,950 and includes coverage from morning preparations through to the evening celebrations.

I also photograph smaller weddings, civil ceremonies, short weekday coverage and relaxed pre wedding events throughout the Midlands. You can view full details on my Leicester wedding photography pricing page.

Do we need to sign a contract?

Yes — everything is kept simple and transparent. Your wedding photography contract outlines the coverage, timings, payment schedule, and everything included, so you know exactly what to expect from the start.

Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely. I regularly photograph weddings across Leicester, Loughborough, Market Harborough, Oakham, Rutland, and venues throughout Leicestershire and the Midlands.

However, travel outside the Midlands may include additional costs.

What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?

Most couples say this before booking.

You won’t be asked to pose all day or constantly perform for the camera. I’ll guide you when needed, keep portraits relaxed, and help you feel comfortable throughout the day.

What equipment do you use?

I use professional photography equipment suitable for all lighting conditions throughout the wedding day.

Do you bring backup equipment?

Absolutely. I always carry multiple professional camera bodies, lenses, memory cards, batteries, and lighting equipment to every wedding. I also back up photographs throughout the wedding day.

Leicester Wedding Photography Delivery and Quality

How long does it take to receive our wedding photos?

Final wedding galleries are usually delivered within 6–8 weeks depending on the season and size of the wedding. I always aim to deliver your photographs as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

You’ll also receive a small preview gallery within a few days. This allows you to relive some moments straight away.

How many photographs will we receive?

For full-day coverage, most couples receive around 500–600 carefully edited images telling the story of the wedding day.

Every image is individually edited and delivered in a private online gallery where you can easily download, share, and print your photographs.

Insurance and Coverage Options

Are you insured?

Yes — I carry full public liability insurance, and I fully insure all photography equipment for weddings and events.

Do you work with a second photographer?

For larger weddings or multi-location celebrations, you can also add a second photographer for additional coverage if needed.

 

Will our photos be in colour or black & white?

Both. I individually edit every image and carefully choose whether a moment works best in colour or black and white.

Do you mind guests taking photos during the wedding?

Not at all — weddings are emotional occasions, and it’s completely natural for guests to want to capture memories too.

The only thing I ask is that guests avoid stepping into the aisle or blocking important moments during the ceremony and group photographs, as this can affect the final images and distract from the moment itself.

Booking Information

How do we book you for our wedding?

Simply get in touch through the contact form with a few details about your wedding day, and we can arrange a relaxed chat to see if we’re the right fit.

Once you’re happy to go ahead, I secure your date with a 25% booking fee and signed contract. Everything is handled online to keep the booking process simple. The remaining balance is due seven days before the wedding.
