How much is full-day wedding photography coverage?

Full-day coverage starts from £1995 and includes relaxed documentary coverage from preparations through to the evening celebrations. Smaller weekday and short-coverage weddings are also available. You can view full details on my pricing page.

Do we need to sign a contract?

Yes — everything is kept simple and transparent. Your contract outlines the coverage, timings, payment schedule, and everything included, so you know exactly what to expect from the beginning.

Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely. I regularly photograph weddings across Leicester, the Midlands, and throughout the UK. I’m also available for destination weddings. Travel beyond a certain distance may include additional costs depending on location.

What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?

Most couples say this before booking. My approach is relaxed and documentary-focused, which means you won’t be asked to pose all day or constantly perform for the camera. I’ll guide you when needed, but the focus is always on real moments and helping you feel comfortable and present.

Equipment and Backup

What equipment do you use?

I use professional full-frame Nikon cameras and fast prime lenses that allow me to work discreetly in all kinds of lighting — from quiet morning preparations to busy dance floors. My focus is always on creating natural, timeless images without disrupting the atmosphere of your day.

Do you bring backup equipment?

Absolutely. I always carry multiple professional camera bodies, lenses, memory cards, batteries, and lighting equipment to every wedding, so everything is fully backed up throughout the day.

Photo Delivery and Quality

How long does it take to receive our wedding photos?

Final galleries are typically delivered within 6–8 weeks, depending on the time of year and the size of the wedding. I always aim to deliver your photographs as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

You’ll also receive a small preview gallery within a few days of the wedding so you can relive some moments straight away.

If you choose to order a wedding album, the full design and production process usually takes around 12–16 weeks.

How many photographs will we receive?

For full-day wedding coverage, you can typically expect around 500–700 carefully edited images that tell the complete story of your day — from the quiet moments in the morning through to the evening celebrations.

Every image is individually edited in my signature style and delivered in a private online gallery where you can easily view, download, share, and print your photographs.

The focus is always on quality over quantity — creating a collection of images that feels honest, emotional, and timeless.

Insurance and Additional Services

Are you insured?

Yes — I carry full public liability insurance, and all professional equipment is fully insured for weddings and events.

Do you work with a second photographer?

Most weddings are photographed by me alone, which helps keep the coverage natural, personal, and consistent with my documentary approach.

For larger weddings or multi-location events, a professional second photographer can be added if needed for additional coverage.

Editing and Guest Participation

Will our photos be in colour or black & white?

Both. Every image is individually edited, and I carefully choose whether a moment works best in colour or black & white. The goal is always to create a gallery that feels timeless, natural, and emotionally honest.

Do you mind guests taking photos during the wedding?

Not at all — weddings are emotional occasions, and it’s completely natural for guests to want to capture memories too.

The only thing I ask is that guests avoid stepping into the aisle or blocking key moments during the ceremony and group photos, as this can affect the final images and distract from the moment itself.

Booking Information

How do we book you for our wedding?

Simply get in touch through the contact form with a few details about your wedding day, and we can arrange a chat to see if we’re the right fit.

Once you’re happy to go ahead, your date is secured with a 25% booking fee and signed contract, all handled online for a simple and stress-free process. The remaining balance is due seven days before the wedding.
