The Wedding Experience
I had been looking forward to working at this venue, and my experience here didn’t disappoint at Joe and Abbi‘s wedding. The beautifully designed buildings offer a blend of rustic and modern aesthetics, providing a photographer’s dream with ample natural light throughout.
The setting for the wedding ceremony was at the Oak Barn. With its simple decor, grey limestone floor, and solid oak frames reaching two stories high, the barn boasts beautiful light through full-height windows and skylights. This natural illumination makes it an excellent venue for capturing breathtaking ceremony pictures.
Set amidst 150 acres of Leicestershire countryside, Mythe Barn overlooks rolling hills and meadows, offering a fairy-tale setting. The venue provides various ceremony options, from the stunning oak beams of the indoor space to the picturesque outdoor gardens.
Venue Staff and Catering
The staff at Mythe Barn are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The catering is another standout aspect, featuring exceptional dining options ranging from formal wedding breakfasts to relaxed barbecues and street food in The Courtyard.
